1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
○ If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or does not match your order,
you are eligible for a return or exchange, provided you follow the steps outlined
below.
2. Required Video Evidence:
○ In order to process your return or exchange request, we require a full-fledged
unboxing video. The video must:
■ Clearly show the product's original packaging.
■ Demonstrate every detail of the issue with the product.
■ Be filmed during the unboxing process without skipping any part of the
packaging or product reveal.
■ Be recorded within 2 days from the date of delivery.
○ Failure to provide a proper unboxing video will result in your return/exchange
request being invalid.
3. Return and Exchange Claims:
○ The video evidence must be sent to our official email at [

○ The video should be clear, showing the packaging and product issue in detail.
○ Only claims with complete and valid video documentation will be considered.
4. No Claims Without Video:
○ If proper video documentation is not provided, or if the video is not recorded as
per our guidelines, we will not be liable for the return or exchange of the product.
5. Return or Exchange Timeline:
○ All claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the product. Any claims after
this period will not be entertained.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
○ Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for
return or exchange.
